Racial (micro)aggressions: Intent, Impact & How to Respond

Goals of this workshop are to define, recognize, and examine different themes of micro-aggressions, their hidden messages, and to better understand the relationship between intent and impact; and to explore specific examples of micro-aggressions collected from the field, as well as tools educators can use to interrupt bias and respond in the moment.
