COVID19 and the global pandemic took the world by surprise and changed the landscape of education and many other industries. It created a phenomenon we call, “Disruptive Innovation.” As a result of DI, the way we do education has changed. Many schools have hybrid models and students, staff, educators, and administrators are dealing with a plethora of trauma! In times like this, it takes the power of DI to embrace new avenues of inspiring our students to maximize their potential in school and life.
