Come celebrate the maple sugaring season with sweet sugar on snow, sugaring demonstrations, and a delicious taste of each grade of maple syrup! Tap a tree, collect sap from buckets, and follow the journey from sap to syrup during our sugarbush tours. Learn about maple syrup produced from Bird-Friendly Habitats and go in search of our elusive birds of the sugarbush. Enter a raffle to win great prizes! Visit the Green Mountain Audubon Center's Bird-Friendly Sugarbush this maple sugaring season. Audubon's pure Vermont maple syrup will be on sale. Bring a jug or two home to support Audubon's education and conservation programs.
March 26 & 27 11 am-4 pm.
All ages welcome. Fun for the whole family! The events are free of charge, but Sugar on Snow, maple syrup and raffle tickets will be available for purchase (cash or check appreciated!)
COVID-19 Safety: Please bring a mask. Most activities will be happening outdoors, but masks are required indoor (in the sugarhouses and clubhouse) and in places where social distancing is not possible.
